Back to School Info 2026-2027

Check out the Back to School 2026-2027 information below. Tentative first day of school for 6th graders is Tuesday, September 1st. Our 7th and 8th graders will join them on Wednesday, September 2nd. We encourage families to register new students online.

BACK TO SCHOOL BUSINESS DAY

Save the date for our annual Back to School Business Day—Tuesday, August 25th from 3-6pm. We ask families to follow this schedule to help keep lines as short as possible:

  • 6th Grade: 3-4pm
  • 7th Grade: 4-5pm
  • 8th Grade: 5-6pm

More than one OV student in the family? Come during the oldest student’s time if possible.

Business Day Agenda:

  • Pick up tentative schedules
  • Have school picture taken for yearbook and get free ID card
  • Purchase PE clothes (not required)
  • Sign up for locker and practice opening it (all grades)
  • Go on self-guided tour to find classes
  • Check bus routes and pick-up/drop-off times
  • Drop off any immunization records or medications.

Back to School Business Day is August 25th from 3-6pm.

SCHOOL SUPPLY LIST 2026-2027

OV provides almost all school supplies, however, students are required to bring these three important items:

  • Backpack (large enough to carry laptop and other items)
  • 2” Binder
  • 3-5 Composition Books

School supply list for the 2026-2027 school year: backpack, 2" 3-ring binder & 3-5 comp books
