Library Materials Reminder

SPECIAL ATTENTION TO 8th graders: Please check your library account now to ensure a smooth transition to high school!

Sunday evening reminders about library items are sent via ParentSquare using your preferred contact method. Students can check their accounts anytime online—just ask them to show you!

Returns welcome anytime: All library materials can be returned at any time, no matter how long they've been out. We're always happy to have them back!

If an item is lost, families have three options:
(1) Replace it with the same item in good condition from any source
(2) Pay the replacement cost to Mrs. Chapman in the office (cash, check, or credit card) or
(3) Arrange a library work opportunity with Mrs. Peterson by appointment (must be scheduled by May 29, 2026—contact her through Schoology).

Questions? Contact Mrs. Peterson in the library or reach out through the main office.

TAKE ME OUT TO THE BALL GAME AND READ!!!

Deadline extended to this Friday, April 24th. There’s still time for OV students to participate in a 4-week reading challenge by reading at least 4 books, recording them on a special bookmark, and returning that bookmark to the library. Students who complete the challenge will receive a FREE Upper Reserved ticket voucher to a 2026 Everett AquaSox home game (redeemable online with fees or at the box office without fees). Olympic View PTO has selected the date of Sunday, July 5th as their special “School Night” at the ballpark where students can use their vouchers, families can purchase discounted tickets, and the school will be recognized during the game. If that date doesn't work, students and families can select another date to use them. HaPpY rEaDiNg!
